Bethel Church California was founded in San Francisco, CA by Pastors Billy & Sonny Lesmana in April 2005. We are a local church operated under the spiritual guidance of Pastor Timotius Arifin.

In 2006, Bethel Church California revitalized the church’s ministry with the appointing and delegation of  leaders from various ministries. The pastors and leaders of Bethel Church California are confident that with their unique culture and upbringing, our church will be a distinctive addition to the collaborative efforts of Christian ministries throughout the Bay Area.

Small group ministry is also available and strongly emphasized here at Bethel Church California, because a personal relationship with God is important. We strive to empower members and continue to develop your spiritual journey.

With the support of our pastors, leadership team and our heavenly Father, Bethel Church California hopes to share the love of Christ through prayer, praise and worship.

If you are interested in attending our services, we currently hold on Sundays in Hayward, CA. We are a Spirit-filled, prophetic prayer and worship based local church, ministering and serving the communities of the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Bethel Church California is also driven to build a church without walls, which is to take the love of Christ beyond the four walls of the church and into our Bay Area communities. This work is done through our participation in local food banks, volunteering with local organizations for orphans and victims of child abuse, sending the Holy scripture to third-world nations and sponsoring impoverished children. The pastors and leaders understand that the sole reason the church exists is to meet the needs and heal the sufferings of people from all walks of life.
